中国经济学者在国外出版著作情况：

中国经济学家吴季松教授著作《新循环经济学》英文版2006年4月在意大利著名出版社 EffeElle 出版全球发行。Recycle Economy，Effe Elle Editori srl。

这是继吴敬琏等中国经济学家在国外出版不多的又一力作，这些对中国经济发展的独创性理论著作在国外的出版和互联网上销售，必将在全球产生重大影响。

中国学者吴季松的经济学著作国外出版英译本

新华网北京8月10日专电（记者 李斌）北京航空航天大学经济管理学院院长、北京循环经济促进会会长吴季松教授所著《新循环经济学》一书，日前由意大利埃菲勒出版社出版发行全文英译本《Recycle Economy》。

“新循环经济学”在传统的清洁生产三原则（3R）——减量化、再利用、再循环基础上，提出了“5R”原则——再思考、减量化、再利用、再循环、再修复。

这一理论还提出了一系列崭新理念：面对当今世界资源短缺、环境恶化和生态失衡的现状，经济学应在研究资本循环的同时着重研究资源循环；经济学的生产函数应该在劳动、资本和资源三要素基础上加进“科学技术”这一要素；传统经济学的“理性人”概念应该扩展为“知识人”概念。

1979 to 1981: visiting schlolar in Institute of Nuclear Research, Fontenay aux Roses, Nuclear Energy Committee of France, European Atomic Energy Union, engaged in the research of nuclear fusion.
